OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped USPS  from Nene Thomas Studios located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Unmatted prints and printed crosstitch charts will generally be shipped within 2 (two) weeks. Framed prints will generally take between 2 to 6 weeks.  All unmatted prints will be available rolled in a heavy duty art shipping tube.

During our busy traveling show season (mid April through mid October) orders may take up to 6 (six) weeks to ship. Please email the Shipping Manager at nenethomas@aol.com to get an estimated delivery date during that time.

Due to staffing, individual confirmation shipping emails are unable to be sent at this time. If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping time listed above, please email the Shipping Manager at nenethomas@aol.com

Credit card information is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and not stored where it can be accessed via the Internet.

Please remember that orders can take between 2 to 6 weeks.

Local Orders and Domestic Orders:

  • Nene Thomas Illustrations, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order at any time at its sole discretion.

  • We are happy to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses for all of our servicemen and women overseas. If you have questions about how to place an order using an APO/FPO/DPO address, please contact the Shipping Manager at nenethomas@aol.com.

  • Pricing may change at any time, depending on rate increases imposed by USPS.

International and Canadian Orders:

  • No International and Canadian shipping at this time.

Sales Policy
Nene Thomas Illustrations, Inc. does not accept returns or give refunds. All sales are final. If an order is missing or damaged in transit, please contact one’s mail carrier.
